I'm just gonna end up unbanning pretty much everyone unless they admitted on Facepunch to spamming the forums or inciting people to spam the forums. The bans I made from xomp's list will all be undone as they were obviously an error on his part. In the future I definitely will not be trusting other people to distinguish between attacks and simply posting as from this instance it is obvious they are incapable of doing so reliably.
Good decision.
Some of them are not deserving of that, and I'll be sure to let them know that the ones that should be unbanned are.
The people who I banned from xomp's list have been unbanned. I will review the bans I made in the main raiding thread tomorrow.

The problem I had with him is that it seemed like he was trying to use people. I understand trying to make money, but that just doesn't seem like the right way to go about it.
