Why the junk they're in the scout folder when they're used for all classes is beyond me. I guess they wanted to hide them extra good, which they did a really good job doing so.

Would it maybe be confusing though? Since it's a medigun and it looks like the heavy is being healed. For example, if the heavy is at the bottom of some stairs and then it looks like the Medic is up the stairs, or a heavy coming around the corner.
Am I correct that I simply need to extract the zip into tf/custom/*myname* folder and then make a .vpk out of the folder? Or do I need some extra files? The insides of zip are two folders named "content" and "game" and a manifest file. Is that what I need?
Update: I just used the ItemToast. It's done now.

Fun fact, it's because of the importer. I compiled them only for the scout, valve then set it to all class using the schema.

A little tickbox for "same model for all classes", would be nice. It doesn't really make sense not to have it, with medals and floating pet items.

Hey guys finished up my Tiny Texan!!
Due to your guys' cries I made him paint-able! His shirt and cab change colors with paint and his overalls and gloves/ hat will match the engineer's team color, (brown overalls / orange helmet gloves for Red and dark blue overalls/ yellow helmet / gloves for Blu)
His hatch is jiggle-boned.

I like the set, but that bag bugs me.
That is one weird bag opening. Where's the zipper, or hem for that edge? The opening looks like it cuts into the sewing at the ends too. The little side things are a bit noisy, with three flaps, but only two have buttons holding them on?
