I think increasing the phong exponent value on the slime might help on top of the envmap suggestion, I think usually slime is more glossy than that.

Oopsy, you said goop instead of slime(idk what goop technically is actually), it still might help though.

I think the best way to do the jiggles would be to keep the ends of the drooping goop stuck to whatever portion of Pyro's collar and chest they end at, and either slightly jiggle in the space between OR have Pyro's head motions serve as the source of it looking fluid as it stretches when Pyro looks around. Fluid yet sticky.
Also I have a theme boner for functional brains and eyes floating in goo or jars as an otherwise normal person.

I have a lantern off-hand weapon that I'm working on too. It's going to require a couple jiggle bones so it doesn't look incredibly stiff when walking.
