I would make the edges where the Pyro's mask meets the broken parts of his mask a bit more smooth.

The main problem for me is the size. It looks wrong on pyro's back to me and would probably look nicer being smaller and next to his pouch.

You could make it thorny instead of barbed wire, maybe.

Try making it not a cone, like make some higher than the previous ring and some lower.
