The front clips a bit when running but it's not very noticeable so I dunno if I'll adjust it any more. Guess I should start working on a texture (if you look very closely, you might notice that this isn't 100% complete).

How about submitting calling cards (tombstones) for all those item sets who have no effect associated?
I mean any item set, halloween themed or not. For example, the Dumpster Diver could have a garbage can, the Black Market Business a block of concrete with two shoes partially on top, the Curse-a-Nature a pyramid and so on...

Should curve the rib cage like this image and probably tilt the head back a bit like in this absolutely terrifying reference image. I think the hair would've been a nice touch as it helps identify that it's supposed to be The Medic skeleton. But If you really can't work the hair into it I guess there isn't a lot you can do about it. Could always take some vertical edge's out of the spine since that looks pretty high res at the moment.
Other than that I think it's coming along nicely!
