I've tried that with no success. I can't get the SMD plugin to work in Maya for some bullshit error so I export the model to obj which is all fine, then import it into 3ds Max to get an SMD out of it. The problem seems to be Max not importing the vertex normals properly.
if only you could make that work with the Spiral Sallet~

If I was to remove the suction cups, it'd lose the look I was going for, and it wouldn't jiggle. I did a little rooting around on suction cup colors, and there are black, slightly clear, and some that come in nearly any color. Also, how about a painted suction cup?

The suction cups really don't add anything... it just makes it look odd.

It's designed to look like cheap trick eyes on suction cups, not eyes popping out of a mask.

If you insist on the suction cups, smooth out the back corner of the eyes closest to the mask, and put more distance between the eyes and mask. Right now with that sharp edge it just looks like it was a rigging oversight.
