At the scale it's at it might be too thin. Also, offset the bottles so they don't look so symmetrical - enlarge their size a little bit, cartoonify the corks and have them more naturally posed rather than perpendicularly fitted to the bag - think drooping slightly with the neck bits pointing outwards.

I will say it's somewhat easier to make out the model in-game than just a screenshot, but if you can't make it out what any particular details between the two images then there's something I can improve upon. Also, what is the poly count like at this stage? As for the bottles, maybe slightly increasing the rotations a wee bit more.

Maybe make the eyes bug out more and be a bit larger, exaggerate to make it more obvious.
Anyone here with a lot of TF2 cosmetic skinning experience wanna take a bash at it? I'm having issues with the skinning at the shoulders. I had my friend doing the skin weights but he hasn't really done TF2 items before and his studio is currently in crunch so I don't want to bother him to much. I really wish I could make the eyes the uber yellow color (which I'll probably do with a separate mod version!), but that only works if I tweaked the playermodel itself. I'm on my way to work, but I will definitely take those suggestions and run with them this evening. EDIT: RetroMike I'd be happy to provide assistance for that item. I've got the time this weekend if you're willing to accept my services.

The problem was, that the pouch on the belt can't be replaced, only built around. The sanvichsafe works because of its shape. If we're missing something and there is a way to replace that part of the belt then it would be great if someone could let us know.
