That head replacement strikes me as really odd, not in a good way.
It covers up all of heavy's head and doesn't retain any of his features or head shape...
When i saw the arms i immediately thought of heavy as a minotaur, i reckon something like this would work much better...

The metal on the UFO feels too clean.
Although the cow's black patches looks odd at close range, ingame nobody is ever going to get that close, so it looks fine to me.

The jigglebones values might be a bit... jiggly. If it was me they'd only move through one axis too (up and down), but the shoes themselves are fantastic!

Perhaps instead of having two styles you could use different shades of the same colour, plus maybe some orange and yellow, for the crayons instead of the full rainbow. That way there wouldn't be any blue on the Red team and vice versa and people can still paint it.
