Look closer! Study the wireframe, see where you could begin making the shape! Sorry, theres no easy way to start this stuff.

Good point, Maya's Quadrangulate doesnt do a horrible job most of the time. Not sure if other 3d programs have anything similar.

If it's a faun shouldn't it have the horns comming out more from the forhead/top of the head?
with the horns being angled back
since it's basically a goat-man
And i'd look at some goat ears too and try to get that shape for the ears as apposed to elfish looking ears
aslo i'd suggest throwing in a goat beard with it as well, you'd need someone to flex that for you tho

The interpretation of Faun horns varies in practically every depiction of them, there's no real "canon" for them:

So I just went with a shape I personally liked.
As for ears, they're going to become more goat-like as they get texture. They're based around these:

A kind of hybrid between human and goat ears. The backs will be the same colour as the hair/fur (paintable, default to brown) while inside will be fleshy and defined with a normal map.
Beard I'm not sure about, I'll likely attempt one, but I've never done a flex before, so it'll be an after-thought. And if I include it, it'll be a style choice. The idea has been floating around my mind, though. I'm just not sure if/how I should execute it.

This is a general thing that I've noticed with a lot of your stuff, but, put some more detail in there man. Make the bottles taper a bit, maybe add a lip to the top of them so they're not just straight up cylinders. Make the bag more... bag-like. And stuff.

This is what I don't understand about the workshop algorithm. Medic-medes has just under 1500 votes after it's first day or so, yet spent most of it's time on page 4 of the workshop. It's approval rate is 96% too. It has now made it to the very bottom of page 1 (30 items per page), amongst items that have around under 500 votes.
