Hats will work! It lines up with his / her default head.
Does it? It looks way too rounded, like there will be a looot of clipping.
I've been thinking of making a caber replacement that is a shrunken head on a stick.
Is an exploding head too gruesome? Should I make it a jack-o-lantern instead?
Hey guys, I got a shitty idea.

See those fish heads on his bandolier? Why don't we put it on the pyro, solly, and demo?
It's a small idea, but I think it's pretty good.

The more I think of it, the more I want to delegate the jigglebones. It's already has the bone placement and vertex groups assigned, I just don't want to hassle with the QC variables. Anyone up for it?
Also, whats a good place to draw concepts? I don't have microsoft paint, what's a good free program to use?
Oh man, this is the perfect opportunity to remake the S.T.D

I personally use Photoshop and/or Paint Tool Sai. I hear GIMP is a pretty good free package but I haven't used it enough myself to give a solid recommendation.
Best thing to do is try them all out and see which one you prefer. :)

Intending on refining the shape, right now its still kind of in the midst of vert tweakin'.

I would suggest making the eyes look less like ping pong balls. They could use a bit more detail.
i really want to see more halloween costumes over gruesome/goreish deformations.
2011's costumes were a magnificent touch, and you cant really go too morbid about tf2 without basically going too far.
as far as i can tell, simpler is fairly better.
problem is TF2 looks like Halloween all year
seriously go to a costume shop and count how many things you can correlate to year round cosmetics
all of them. except the new years eve glasses with the new year on them.

reduced the polys in the scoop, beveled the edges of the metal rim, made the bolts bigger and made the brain a tiny bit bigger.
i still need someone to help sculpt a normal map for this, since i dont know how.
if youd like to help, just pm me or add me.

Any crits would be appreciated!
Just combine the feet and hands, I can't imagine anyone wanting one without the other. They aren't really modular.

I've tried compiling my merasmus... and...

Anyone knows what the issue could be? My model doesn't have 32 materials!
EDIT: solved

It isn't textured yet but could this be considered Halloween-like? I could make it all look very worn and whatnot (not necessarily bloody)

So I wanted to do this year a skull and I decited why not make it a mask. It's basicly a broken part of a devil's skull, it's only for the scout and yes it will be paintable. I might ad some things to the final model, not sure yet.

Yes that's a staple embedded in his forehead. It's a pity they haven't been utilizing decal compatibility, though.

Hello future people! His problem was probably that he forgot to fully close off his $texturegroup lines. Count your brackets!
