I really, really hope Valve doesn't consider this a bug in and of itself; the Max's head looks really good with some items.

Hopefully, they'll just classify headgear into more categories, instead. Why not allow us to wear hats on hair, or with a hood?
(also, all these free tickets are making it impossible to get into mvm :v:)

Totally agree that most of these combinations work extremely well.
Are you doing that via the turn off your internet glitch?
what's the deal with alt-attack on the guillotine?
Does that mean you can throw the guillotine regardless of weapon you have equipped?

The Max/any hat with anything thing? It just happens really. Stick a hat in the misc slot and see what happens and a lot of hats (but not all!) seem to work. Just experiment.

It's just an alt way of throwing it. You still have to have it out, you just have a second key to throw it with.

I hate the fact that those are going to be expensive as hell once Christmas is over.
Even though this is smaller than I remember Christmas updates being, this is pretty cool. I like to see that they are putting more effort into making what we already have better rather than adding new content (even though that often seems more enticing in the short term).

Last years festives are pretty cheap. The most expensive is 9-11 keys. At the moment, the most expensive item for this year is around 7 keys and falling.
how are people currently glitching items? the internet trick seems to have been patched, with the conflicting items being automaticially removed aftwerwards.

The hat on hat action doesn't use the internet trick (I'm assuming you're talking about the hat-on-hat thing). Since they removed groupings, certain hats can be worn with others. Not all, however, work. All Class hats seem to work the most.
Is the update not working for anyone else? Most of my backpack items are listed as unknown and have no icon, and every time I try to join a server, TF2 crashes.
