Nice.
You found it.
Much better
Well, now I want to know which line do I have to change for better textures.
Add "ConVar.mat_picmip" "-10"
Is this correct? I have to say that is the edges look bad could be because of photoshop.

How are you cutting them out? Do you have any AA enabled?
"my arms ar so tiny, there just so frikin tiny!"
Bad edges are bad.
I'm telling you,use the wand tool on 3% opacity.
I finally smothed the edges with blut tool and that's what I got(I would like to know how to change wand's opacity because I can't see it and my Photoshop is in Spanish)

And this is what I did with the render (not my best signature, is just a quick one):

Well, will you tell me how to smooth edges? Anti-aliasing is in 10.

Try 16
Try 16
Probably I'm changing the wrong line but I can't be possible because I changed textures into a hight one and It worked but antialiasing don't look better.
That's what I've got:
"name" "ATI Unknown"
"VendorID" "0x1002"
"MinDeviceID" "0x0000"
"MaxDeviceID" "0xFFFF"
"ConVar.mat_antialias" "16"
"ConVar.mat_picmip" "-10"
"m_nDriverVersion_Build" "0"
"MakeMeLast" "1"
"CentroidHack" "1"
Maybe I have to change another line?
that's the correct line

Maybe your graphics card doesn't have the option
try 8 maybe even 4
that's the correct line
Could be the background color or should I push the antialias to the limit?
I think i like this too much.

Ok, from the sounds of it, your problem is in photoshop and the image manipulation. I just tried Metroid's method and it works pretty well. If you lemme know which version of Photoshop you have, I can try to help with pictures telling you what to do and all that.
But what ends up happening with your image is that you don't turn anti-aliasing on the selection, which keeps it selecting hard edges. So when you clear what's selected, you're deleting to a hard edge.

Didnt like some of the edges, damn
I gotta learn this, lol.

I have CS2 and CS3 but I mostly use CS2.
Check out these awesome renders on TF2 Wiki.

Wow..
Well this is screwed up, the models only have faceposing in wireframe.
I just cut the image out using a greenscreen, then duplicate layers in PDN. Bottom layer gets Gaussian Blur at setting 5, then select the edges of that layer with the Magic Wand, 50% tolerance, and Gaussian Blur what you selected in the top layer by 1. Crude method, yes, but until now I never found any other way.

Criticism go.
You can move the light source around by holding control, holding left click, and moving your mouse around.
Surprises me how many people don't know about this.
I don't like the blur.
At all.
