Oh God!
i have one request - the scout wearing the medic's glasses and bakerboy while doing the sandman taunt (the part after he swings the bat)
I can do everything but the sandman taunt animation. Reason: MDLDecompiler likes to break with OB Animations, it's better if I just show you one of my initial attempts with the female scout model I rendered earlier. I think I actually just laughed hard enough to the point that I got an incredibly painful boner

Blur goddamnit.
Blur doesn't help.
Blur doesn't help.
It's not blurring, it's feathering the selection. And that's only because antialiasing makes it a pain to magic wand in GIMP.
It's not blurring, it's feathering the selection. And that's only because antialiasing makes it a pain to magic wand in GIMP.
The magic wand tool is for chumps. Use the lasso tool like a real man. Magic wand is fine if you want to be lazy and have your image come out looking horrible. The lasso tool will give you a clean cut every time.
It comes out worse for me, so I don't know what i'm doing wrong. I'll give it a go though, thanks for the advice.
Make sure anti-aliasing is turned on for the lasso tool. Then cut out the image, shaving off a tiny little bit on the outside edge so as you get a clean cut, like so: [img_thumb]http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/1610/lasso.jpg[/img_thumb] Personally, I like to do it in little bits and pieces, instead of cutting out the entire image all at once, like this: [img_thumb]http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/2342/lasso2.jpg[/img_thumb] It helps cut down on mistakes and makes it easier in case you screw up. I also like to put a bright background (like the lime green in the screenshots) so I can clearly see what I'm cutting out.

I built that.
better?
Better, but you've still got some jaggies there, champ. Might want to work on your technique a bit, and tweak the anti-aliasing settings in your image editing program if you can. Also: Made this because I was bored. Characters posed in model viewer.

What's SDK command for anti alaising again?
I think I made the Soldier look like a regular family father, who happens to work in the militar.. [editline]09:34PM[/editline] Sorry for the small picture. I'm new to this.
Damn claymore won't fit in his hand. :argh:
Can't get the anti alias thing to work :/
They look really big compared to the map..
Heavy does, Scout looks fine.
I like to use Color Select for greenscreens. :v:
Heavy does, Scout looks fine.
Look at the door to the right.
