Rules:
-Entries in PM, any entry attempt that isn't via PM automatically disqualificates you.

-Having too many hats is an instant disqualification, I'll personally check who can and who can not enter. (You still can PM, I won't tell the limit, because I figure out you guys are honest enough that you won't enter with 30+ hats; without a link to prove yourself, I won't be able to let you enter, as I won't know if you have 30+ hats or you are still poor and irish)

-You will just send me a PM, telling me why would you like the hat. First 10 gets added in instantly while if I get another 10, only half of it will be entered, decided by random.org
(This doesn't count if there won't be more than 10 entrants)

-There are two Yellow Belts thanks to our good fella Fusilero, so if you won't win the first yellow belt, you still have a chance.
