Ok guys, I get why their isn't a BLUprint for the wrench yet. One of Radigan's old friends(the Watchmaker) sent Dell his grandfather's old wrench. And now he is going to study it, and when he does, there will be a bluprint.

Nope. This new one has tubes and shit.
My guess is that it can't be upgraded.
