I don't have one single item I like, but my complete vintage Medic collection keeps me happy.
It sounds strange, but my most cherished item in my backpack is the vintage sandvich. It was my first dropped weapon. I bought the game at the sniper/spy update so its mean a lot to me. :shobon:
