Fallout: New Vegas is a Steamworks game. It requires Steam. If you are playing it on PC and you aren't using it with Steam, then either you're using a crack or you're a pirate. Arrrrrrg! Which ironically would go quite well with the theme of this contest. I bought the Collector's Edition retail and it activated on Steam and I got the achievement.
And the name of the item for the UnderGarden...."Go To Your Happy Place".....what the?!?! Anyway, I downloaded the demo, started it, it crashed (because I was running it on a terrible computer), and got the thing. Got my hat!

I played it for about 3 minutes, didn't complete it, closed the game and refreshed the treasure hunt page and the objective was complete.
I actually liked the Undergarden.

Apparently you can't read. I bought the CE at Best Buy on day one. It came on a disc. As part of the installation, you have to activate the game on Steam.

You can complete 3 objetives without buying games. First one is have 10 games in the whishlist, the other one have 10 friends and the last one I know is playing The Undergarden Demo. I hope I can get the Bounty hat for free.
