So anyone who hopes to get trough by concept rather than artwork? I mean, both is best of course, but what do you think Valve will think is most important?
I'm hoping concept, since the artwork I used pretty much sucked, but the text and such hadn't been done before (I hope).
Valve can use fancy filters and make any poster look godly. Hopefully they'll judge by concept, and I won't get points taken off just because I don't know anything about photoshop.

Remember, out of the 10000 entries they get, only 28 will win anything.

In this thread alone there is some high quality stuff.
That said, submit it anyway.
Worst case, you created something cool that people can use as a spray and got points towards the cause of your choice.
I've seen a LOT more bad entries than I have good ones, so I've got my fingers crossed!

It was this, or a Megaman mash-up (Soldier as SoldierMan, Demo as Megaman) with the text: "Since 1987, Demomen have known they get a new weapon by defeating their enemies. [u]Learn from history![/u]"
Still think I should have gone for that one, but I had too much trouble making a compromise between a poster and a pixellated NES-screen. If you're quick, this idea is still open for the taking.
1987 is the year the original Megaman game debuted, by the way.
