Well for one, half the servers I join don't actually have a list of rules, and when I do something normal (like talking on the mic), I hear some 8 year old go apeshit and ban me right there.

I think that happened on FPUK1 a day or so ago, except for the friends part, they got muted and then re-joined to get around the mute, then they got banned, they were also heavy-medic coupling yet I kept backstabbing them over and over.

I got on some random server on TF2 and I notice they are hiring so I try to get hired up just like one other person, so the owner asks us both to tell him our experiences with being admin and all that.
He asks the other dude first, he says and I exactly quote from him
"i hav had 5 days of bein admin"
And then the owner asks me
And I exactly quote from what I said
"Well, to be honest i've been a respected member on 4 different servers. I have been admin on 6 other servers. I've co-owned 2 servers and I am quite calm and can work out many issues"
He then hires the other guy and the new admin bans me instantly
And the owner doesn't do shit.

I know some russian guy, he's always on the Server where I'm admin (UK-TF 04). He's really bad at english (he says "whay" instead of "why" and "fune" instead of "fun". I don't want to start with his grammar at all). I banned him some days ago for (apparently) aimbotting, but he was clean, the other admins watched the demo I recorded. Anyway, yesterday I used that infinite Crits glitch for the Engineer and he was pissed off. He joined UK-TF's IRC channel again (he already was there once before because he wanted to get unbanned) and wanted to tell the other admins. With his bad english anyway he didn't even tell them WHAT exactly I did. He just said that it's wrong that I'm using cheats (:frog:) and he was kind of trolling. He quite often says something about bureaucracy because I didn't get punished for using that glitch. He threatened me two or three times that he'd kill me if we were in one country.
