Thank god, phew. If gunslinger got a buff I'd be pretty upset
Thank god, phew. If gunslinger got a buff I'd be pretty upset
Anyone want to take a bet on it being a partial release of a future change where mini-sentries cost 130 metal? That way you could still build a mini+dispenser like you can now.
Okay, to those rating disagree, what can you do with the new eureka effect that you couldn't do before? Ideally, your teleporter is going to be at base, so all this does is save you like 1 second to take a teleporter and reduces your effectiveness at being an engineer.
Oh I don't know, what could we do with the new EE that we can't with the old EE? Hmm...how about MOVING OUR FUCKING STUFF?!
I thought of Mini-Dispensers but that would be quite pointless.
Oh man, you can actually telefrag with that new Eureka Effect. If you teleport to the exit. Also using 12 metal to upgrade is a bit too much. 15 Would be fine.

I think a mini dispenser that the engie wears on his back might be interesting. Have it heal and give ammo at around the rate of a normal level 1 sentry (probably slower for the engie himself though) and have it replace his secondary weapon (and maybe the normal dispenser as well). Maybe give it a bit of a larger range then a regular dispenser so everyone isn't so close to the engine that he can't see anything. I have no idea how well it would actually work in the game though.
"Fixed Spy's revolvers not using the Spy's hand in reload animations." Found this in undocumented changes on the wiki, can anyone elaborate on that? I don't have TF2 installed right now.
You know I wish whenever they change weapon stats they should at least include a clear explanation of why they did so. We can't have sudden weapon changes on the fly.

Now you can enjoy the 3 hands Spy on these weapons.
I suppose they still use the Revolver drum loader and they don't have individual loaders?
Only the Enforcer has got the speed loader iirc

At this rate they'll probably fix pyro's flamethrower hose being stuck to his hand by next year.
I suppose they still use the Revolver drum loader and they don't have individual loaders?
The drum just swings out and the Spy smacks it. They just changed them from using the unique reload the Ambassador had to the Revolver's.
