Loads of people seeing sets go for 8 refined are going to go out and buy it, making the set less common. And vintage will only do so much in an offer when the non-v counterpart is super common.

Gotta get KF for the following: 1. Dosh 2. Festive Zombies 3. Mask and Tie (Non vint. for me, but I don't care) 4. Pyro as a playable character. Now stop making me jealous with your fancy screenshots.

That has happened with almost every Promo item thus far. As you can tell, Valve really don't give a fuck or test half their updates properly anymore. Which is a shame.
