The first thing you notice when playing KF is the voice of the Pyro? How.
And of course it has a voice, I don't think they'd have recorded a hundred lines again just for the sake of having it in their game.
Also, Mr Foster speaks loud and clear trough his mask.

There is no specific lines and voices for each character.
There is just two guys who speak lines.

That's all. You can be a DJ and still have same voice as Mr.Foster
