Maybe we could work on a seasonal class pack, with outfits for spring, summer, fall and winter.

For summer, definitely have water wings.

We could give everyone swim trunks and a water donut as a misc./costume. :v:
But that'd be too silly, adding on to the character's clothes is much better for what's left of the tf2 art style than removing.
also that gif is amazing, A+

I would make that my avatar, but that could get awkward.

Nah, that'd be going too far, IMHO.
Yeah I want the theme to be pretty cool/accessible so everybody's favourite modders enter.

Yeah I figured but it was nice to suggest.
Anyways I'll draw up some concepts and post them later.
Wasn't someone working on a Royzo's (head) Hat?
If seasonal is the case how about a Fur Hunting Hat for Sniper? (Can match Winter theme along with being interchangeable with other seasons)

The Empires Pack? Everyone gets stuff from famous civilizations of olde?
The Pick a War contest - everyone picks a class and a war that happened some time and then makes stuff from that war for that class. :B
How about something like a SPACE PACK where everyone can make some futuristic weapons and hats. We could even extend the idea into making props for space-themed maps, like a moon base.
Or, alternatively:
How about something like a MEDIEVAL PACK where everyone can make some medieval weapons and hats. We could even extend the idea into making props for medieval-themed maps, like a castle.

Why can't I rate you agree twice?
I personally really like the idea of a winter theme.
Fits well with the current season, a lot of the maps, and allows for a lot of variety.
Good news everybody I found a Winter hat to fit the Soldier's habit of not looking a man in the eyes.

Plus, who cares about other seasons? You can play Viaduct in summer, it won't be thawed.
Space pack! Be a chance for me to pick up the stuff I failed to finish for Polypack and improve :v:
how about a 60's spytech/science pack, like the game's original theme? i'm sure there's a whole bunch of stuff that Valve never explored that could be used for some cool weapons.

Too bad Spy already has a polycount pack, I would absolutely love a pack based on shoe-phone items.
just to take a few examples from No One Lives Forever, another spy game set in the 60's with similar themes (although these will be fairly feminine because the main character is a woman):
a stun gun concealed in a mascara case
a welder disguised as a zippo lighter
explosive lipstick
a robotic exploding poodle that chases enemies
a laser gun
another bigger laser gun
a rocket launcher concealed in a briefcase
of course most of these are more suitable for the spy than the other classes, but hey what can ya do :v:

reminds me of that time i made spy suit skins for every class...
made it hard to tell who was a spy and who wasn't though

Smoking-pipe knife, named "Ceci n'est pas une Pipe" :3:
So a 60's espionage/'High tech' theme?
Might be pretty cool actually, Specially with the cold war and such happening then and with the spy movies and all that it could work out really well.

"The Spy-Tech update"
"Spy-tech got jealous of how MannCo suddenly stared to dominate the war business and decided to make a move to get their piece of the pie"
[editline]8th December 2010[/editline]
and then there's RoyCorp, that could be a theme

Temporarily turn off the beta Heavy skin so you can compare it to the actual TF2 art style properly.
At a glance I'd say it's a little too dark, mainly the ammo box and drum.

To be honest I have no idea why I have the beta heavy skin.
