What do you modders think about making something to remove all the hats in the game, I'll rate you something special.
Replace all hats with an invisible one, problem solved.

I posted that on SPUF. And now, a few minutes later, SPUF is down.
Could someone please give me a hand with rigging the water in my fish bowl? I've drawn the bones, applied the skin modifier, painted the weights, but moving the bones has no affect on the mesh. What I'm doing seems to work on other objects, but has no affect here.
thanks
On my test compile it looks like the weighting has worked, but max doesn't want to draw the deformations. Now to play with the jiggle bones. Any tips?
There's so many Snowflakes. I LOVE 'EM. Anyway, might I request an all-class Santa hat?
Anyone remember this little gem?

Someone should TF2-ify some of those weapons. The Control Tether could be a spy or engineer weapon that changes the allegiance of buildings, the rocket launcher design was perfect for soldier,
all kinds of stuff.
I wish I could find a decent picture of the weapons, Google is useless. I let a "friend" borrow this game many years ago, and the bastard took it with him when he moved to Michigan :argh:

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh. <3
Also, NEVER switch tabs for too long. I was in another tab, switched to Facepunch and I got snow flake raped. :(

I loved this game :)

Jiggles seem to work for now. next item is the fish.
Unfortunately, I'm going to need 3 textures to make this look right, the water uses additive and nocull, the glass uses additive, and the fish needs neither.
It's the same setup as jarate.

The maskless Pyro?
Quick question about disfigured face pyro:
What happens when he says something?
I can only imagine that a soundpack would be needed for this, along with some facial animations...
One texture, 3 vmt's.
since my current vtf's have more or less solid colours, this makes a lot of sense.

Just UV out the model to different sections on a single texture, when assigning the texture to the model in whatever application you're using make a clone of the original texture with said vmt name, have the vmts all point to one texture in the end and delete the vtf copies, its what I do but I use milkshape to export to source as valves Maya plugins are REALLY temperamental.

oh god whiskers look awesome on it :D
now would it be posible to make the face shaped more to fit the whiskers? atm there's some air between the face and the tape right? especially at the chin, so like pull the face outward a bit
also could it be made to replace the pyros regular head?
know what screw all that just release it!

Sorry to be a nitpick but, do you think you could extend the nose just a little further down?
Compared to the concept image it is still a little too high up as I see it, and having it just slightly further down would make it align with the Whiskered moustache nicer.
