Oh, I see what you did. Basically what I did but you modified it a bit with scale, blendfactor, and blendmode. Your Engineer and Pyro don't have glowing eyes, though - you'll need custom textures for those (which are included in the archive I posted a few pages back if you want to use those).

To make the ultimate update, I guess the Winter theme is the best we could do.

Actually it's my fault. Somewhere around the Island Update I made a replica of the Team Fortress blog with a big blog post about how Daimao's hats and my own hats would be bought and all that, with lots of lengthy texts.

Then I snuck a link to it somewhere in our shared Dropbox folder and he read it and I scared the living daylights out of him when it popped up after a few seconds. I think I saved the actual chat log, but his reaction was something along the lines of a hastily typed "JESUZ"

Now Daimao and I thought it would be a good idea to re-use it to scare off NOSY INTRUDERS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR PERSONAL ARCHIVES AGAIN (read: you).

Facepunch isn't based solely on modelling/TF2 though. Polycount is more modelling orientated (I think), while Facepunch is a more general forum. We would need either a something that is recognised for modelling here, or someone that is recognised in the TF2 section.

I'm really not that fussed about the pin, your motivation shouldn't be the pin Valve is highly unlikely to implement. It's more of a "get together and do something" drive for the emporium community.

I like the electric theme.

Two other possible themes are retro-futuristic type stuff or dieselpunk. If we go with the electric theme I'll probably go for a dieselpunk-style electrical item.
