the sprites seem stretched, looks weird.
That's FrankenHUD's class select screen stretching them a little bit.
Even as icons they're not pixel perfect, but you won't notice it unless you zoom into a screenshot.
Here it is, tentatively named the [b]Wet Virtuose[/b]. I figure it could temporarily paint your enemies friendly so that they take damage from their own teammates.

while that sounds good in your average clusterfuck game, it could too easily be negated with smart players (especially now that most players have unique appearances thanks to hats)
on the other hand, it could easily be griefable (oh he's been painted. wait, I hate that guy)
I'd like to see an item for the spy, where he can 'paint' a target, so that everyone can see that person's health and ammo. Not through walls, but like, when aiming at the target.

awesome weapon and idea, that would be for spy?
Perhaps the spy could use this brush to paint himself and put on a "disguise" of sorts to that he can appear as if he is on the other team. :eng101:

It's back! :buddy: Now I can ask my question. So, this is my first model that I did without any tutorials. It's supposed to be one of those rubber band guns, hence the clothes pin on the top of it. It's extremely low poly, but it's a start. When I first started modeling it, I deleted some polygons on the lower right of the original cube because they were "in the way". Fast forward a few days, I finished most of the model, but now I have this huge gap on its underside. I tried to bridge the edges, but that didn't work, since I used the symmetry modifier to cut down half the work. Any help on how I can patch up that hole under the model?

Would have to be a Revolver replacement to be worth it. Maybe a dart gun that you can use without losing your disguise. Would do no damage but could mark enemies in a way that helps your team.
