There are shimmering lines all over the Sniper's arms, pants, and hands and even a bunch of what appear to be flat shading artifacts scattered around, particularly on the pants. Seems more like a downgrade, to me.
Also, there's no reason to include an alpha map when the Sniper's texture doesn't use one. All that does is double the file size for literally no reason at all. That's about 5mb of wasted space per vtf.
it also misses that noise that everything else has in tf2... I only like the armpit fix and the clean fingers, other then that it's unnecessary imo

Yeah, it would be sort of like that huge machine in Spoidah Menn, only more spinny. Sort of as to contain the [highlight][I]super rad ubercharge electricity[/I][/highlight] (:science:) from getting out as an Ubercharge until he deploys it, where it snaps open to release it.

The answer was right there on the download page. The backburner doesn't have its own model. Except for the dragon head.

Well the Medigun from the Polycount Contest that looked like this one, the one from the Things You Don't Want To Be Impaled With pack or so I think, had similar animations in a viewer, tho there were no vids of it in action. It was finished near the end of the deadline, so yeah.
