Yep the batteries are going to plug into the big box in the back which will do some magic and feed out to the light bulb, making it sparkly and glow purple like those plasma balls posted earlier... that is if I can get it to work

Much love for adding the crocodilian clips. I guess your way ahead of me on this but lead some wires to the lightbulb from them and maybe a buzzer for the back part to complete the circuit board feel? Would make seance for when the bomb falls into the hole it often emits a siren.

I see you use Fraps. I recommend cl_showfps 2 and Source Recorder. Less (ie next to no) framerate hit.
