How about a normal human head for pyro? One that doesn't looks like a monter or something. Is there any chance that the Pyro's gas mask could be on a separated sheet, just like the faces of the others, for making a more detailed skin for it? Or is it to much to wonder? :/
A tomboyish 60s young lady head for pyro would be the only female class replacement I would use. Too bad faceposing would never work. Edit: Also I greatly support Dr. Fetus for pyro head.

Make the Sniper like the Demoman, so the sleeves and the jacket are different. These look amazing, keep on goin'!
So, you guys remember the Alien Head I made a while back and how much it sucked because it went around the Pyro's mask and I said if I could straight up replace the Pyro's mask it would be a lot better? Well, guess who doesn't own a copy of Killing Floor?

Bone weights. They look normal within HLMV but they fuck up in game sometimes.
I've just done a rough colour pass on the Magnet Gun I'm making. Any suggestions on colour changes before I go and detail it more? The body of the gun is looking a little dark but I'm not sure if making it brighter would make it look better. When I'm detailing it out I might come up with something to make it stand out more. [IMG]http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/1162/magnetcolour.jpg[/IMG] I guess it's a coincidence it happens to be electrical with this theme people are working on so it can be apart of it. Dunno if it would make a good model replacement for the engineers Pistol though. :)

The buckles on Demo's his arm make sense with the bulge by his elbow but I think it would look better to just shorten the sleeves up like how the sniper is instead. Oh and something about the stripes on demo's collar look off but i still like them. The Targe looks awesome!
