MAJOR TF2 update for 10/29/13 (Fifth Annual Scream Fortress) - Games

1. Items Halloween restricted instead of adding a "Spookyvision" effect 2. They added a fucking My Little Pony hat 3. Item server crashes 4. Can't even play the new map because it crashes on me Meh....I was so hyped for this yesterday. At least the servers aren't completely swamped and they did add some neat stuff, but...why My Little Pony? Why? Even though its restricted that "Eternaween" tool based on what I read will make it so everyone can see it year round. I bet the Eternaween item even costs money.

I'm assuming it's the same when under the effects of the Buffalo Steak Sandvich, but I can't really test that since I can't find a server that has a connection to the item server.
