Medieval mode is fast and exciting, but many things could be improved.

Like, heavy getting a 5% speed buff, a bit more medievalweapons, or (PLEASE DO THIS) Longer cap times on degroot keep. And especially new medieval maps!

They "give away" a santa hat to you if you've spent $50 or more in the Mann co store. It gives you +40 health and +20% damage but there's no crits so it's balanced.
