Indeed you can move buildings before the round starts, only thing they managed to do is make buildings not be movable at all in Arena. :colbert:
I think they mean the ending part of a round when the losing team dies, and picking a building up before it goes to the next round. I think thats what they mean before round pickups.

Homewrecker will do around 130 damage to a normal building, against a wrangled sentry, it will do about 49 damage, needing 4-5 hits to kill a level 3. It is not a feasible option, stickies are better, but you'll need almost all of your 8 stickies to kill a single level 3.
Not saying they should get rid of it completely, it's just the 66% damage reduction is too much. Maybe make it more like 30-40%.

Well if you kill the Engineer, you have three full seconds where the sentry is completely inactive. Granted you'll need backup to completely destroy it in that time (This [i]is[/i] [b]Team[/b] Fortress 2...), but with the Engineer dead it's a sitting duck. Beat the shit out of it with the Homewrecker while you can, jump out of sight, then long-range it from around a corner until it dies (which shouldn't take much at that point).

That can happen in any operation at any time. Just because "the enemy can kill you" does not mean any strategy involving the enemy being able to kill you (i.e. all of them) is invalid. And if the other team is using teamwork to work together for your downfall, then they are [i]supposed[/i] to win. It's [i]Team[/i] Fortress 2. If there are too many enemies working together against you, then you need to rally your own teammates together to take them on.

I guess there might've been some kind of exploit where people could pick up and retain upgraded buildings from the "waiting for players" period.

This patch screwed up backpack in every TF2 version but English.
Game crashes when trying to go to the second page and when you go to loadout page of some classes.
Not sure if this is new or not... But they changed the menu theme, again...

They ruined More Gun. You don't have time to go relaxed thanks to the harmonica.
Valve is dumb for not reading tf2 section in FP forums, clearly alot of players that post here dont post in steam forums.
