I would think the soldier would get a homing rocket launcher, but one that has to be configured to aim for a certain class -
It would do slightly more damage than the normal missile launcher, and if it cannot find the class it's configured to, the rocket willl just fly around drunkenly.

It will fire two missiles that cause extra knockback, however if you right click a targeting laser is activated. Now you can use your Bugle Horn unlockable shotgun replacement to summon the undead monkey Poopy Joe from space and he'll follow your little laser across the land until he finds himself a suitable friend to play with.
