How is it in ANY way a stinger?

It vaguely resembles one, in the same way than an RPG-7 looks like the Rocket Launcher.

It's not guided, and it certainly is not a surface to air missile.

It IS a surface to air missile, it mini crits on AIRSHOTS.
It also fires very fucking fast rockets, and besides, this is soldier's modified Ground-to-MAGET version.
