What happened?

I lost all my items, including, but not limited too, a soldier medal, big kill + luger, epic hats I liked for each class, and more. So, yeah. I am pissed. I don't even have any [I]weapons.[/I] EDIT Basically, must of got ninja hijacked and my shit taken. Whats funny though is that they ignored my 1000+ dollar account.
