I heard there's a way to [sp] let Jane survive, but it requires a high Persuasion level, which is hard as Demo.[/sp] Haven't been able to find out myself. But if anything, you should start on the Scout one. [sp] Prepare for rage, as it leaves on a cliffhanger. Hopefully the Super Scout campaign will close it.[/sp]
Damn! That's how you let [sp]Jane survive? I hate the mechanic that when you drink scrumpy, your personality goes down and by association your persuasion as well. But I can't afford any of the sniper's OUTLANDISHLY overpriced food.[/sp] What should I do to get health, since I'm planning to start another Demoman campaign in a while?

Yeah, a [sp] Sober run is one of the harder 'runs' to do as you lose a lot of damage resistance and HP. But its easier to buy and find shit. And I can't do much for the sniper food. They're all jerks and refuse to lower prices on any campaign but Sniper. [/sp] For HP, simple leveling should do. Make sure to hunt down Uber Sandviches for Max HP boosts. They're hard as fuck to find and there are like 10 per campaign. I heard they drop from elite bosses, but I've not seen one yet. Make sure to outfit your Targe with Red metal for some HP boost (If you want to fit all the slots, go all red then). :v:

Well I'm scared about doing a [sp]sober run[/sp] because I only got by the [sp]WAR Boss Battle[/sp] with a little bit of health. I think that if I try to do it, I'll just end up dying a bunch.
Isn't there like a [sp]Non-Alcoholic Scrumpy Brew that you can get from Sniper after completing all of his missions?[/sp]
On a non-related note: Anybody else find the [sp]Scrumpy Deluxe Dark Ale Custom Brew after finishing the War campaign?[/sp]
The sound doesn't work when I fire the Tommy Gun. Does anyone know a way to fix this?
The sound doesn't work when I fire the Tommy Gun. Does anyone know a way to fix this?
Delete the sounds folder, when you start up TF2 again, it should just repair itself.
Delete the sounds folder, when you start up TF2 again, it should just repair itself.
Should work... thank you.
Also, I can't seem to pass the Demoman campaign. It just crashes when it's changing level.

I had that problem too, if you're playing in windowed mode, it'll crash on each load.
One last question, is it true that you can get an extremely overpowered weapon in each classes campaign by doing specific things?
I had that problem too, if you're playing in windowed mode, it'll crash on each load.
Uh. That explains it. Well, guess I'll go try and beat the demo campaign. Thank you again.
Anyone know where to find the [sp]Googly Gazer of Extra Perception[/sp] in the Combat Engineer storyline? I need to get that and the [sp]Frontier Justice of Unending Crits[/sp] to complete the set for the Rare Combat Engineer set.
One last question, is it true that you can get an extremely overpowered weapon in each classes campaign by doing specific things?
They're not THAT overpowered. There's a small downside on all of them exept the HWG one.
Ok, Wow. Just Wow.
Just finished the sniper campaign.
Fuck Portal 2, that is the best ending ever.
One last question, is it true that you can get an extremely overpowered weapon in each classes campaign by doing specific things?
Yes.
I'll list them out for you:
Demoman: [sp]Stolen Property - The HHHH's super axe, it does 4000 damage and allows Demo to become the HHHH JR. if he has full health and is drunk. The only way to get it is to kill the HHHH without dropping below 70% health and with a melee weapon.[/sp]
Heavy: [sp]The Red Death - Heavy's Dad's minigun, which does 500 damage per bullet, but can only be gained by sparing heavy's dad with 100% health.[/sp]

Wow, those must be a nightmare to do.

I cried a little thought.
Okay. here is a REAL screenshot of TF2 menu.
Wow, those must be a nightmare to do.
A recent patch made it so enemies scale with your gear and level. Getting these will also cause the end bosses to use tougher abilities more frequently. Most noteably the [sp] Poofer Gang, who like to use that annoying special, and Apocolyspe Pyro, who is just downright evil. [/sp] So be careful!

I think. I honestly didn't bother to look since I wanted to do it without looking for any sort of alternative. Except [sp] RED Juice and Bonk! [/sp], which are super useful in large battles. That particular boss battle is tough indeed, but from that point to [sp] Jane [/sp] you should have no problem with the bosses in-between. [sp] Also, that Dark Ale Brew can be made after finishing the War campaign, but the mats for it are nearly impossible to find. Better to take the bottle you find just before the final battle and save it for those clutch moments. [/sp]

So, does this mean new Soldier campaigns? :v:
Man, I loved the bit with the waves of Soldiers in Dustbowl.
Guys stop it I can't stand seeing all thse people being lied to, and obviously you guys are heartless assholes who won't tell them just to Play out your role perfectly.
Just for further notice, No, there is no campaign and this is an RP thread.
there, now My conscience is relieved. :unsmith:
Ontopic: I'm in the soldier campaign Mission where I need to gather two of every animal on Earth onto a boat, but I can't find the damn Male dove, where is it?
[sp]This is just what we would like a campaign to be like, not a troll thread, not an rp thread, nothing but just sharing our ideas of what a campaign should be like. We're not trying to trick anyone. Just deal with it and don't click the fucking thread if this pisses you off. It's just mind boggling how we have to tell you that if you don't like the thread, don't go into it.[/sp]
I feel a bit ashamed saying this, but how do you get past the first mission in the scout campaign :ohdear:

Such a touching cutscene. :smith:
I always tear up before the quicktime events.
You guys think the Medic Campaign Pt. 2 will come tomorrow? I'm putting my money on it :v:
[editline]23rd June 2011[/editline]
Oh, and if anyone could help me with the Cow campaign, that'd be nice. I can't get past Heavy.
Holy hell, they spoiled the Soldier with campaigns this time around. I'm liking the previews so far. A shame they didn't pull a surprise campaign this time around, but there's always tomorrow!

The mine shaft. You'll find a flea-market-esque place down there with a bunch of winter themed weapons.

A few quests are around to get you moving. It's not a fun place, in my opinion, but it keeps the ball rolling.
