I think the medic's taunt should be more Germanic like not so much as an anime reference.

Had it been any other weapon (Save the bow), I'd agree.
They're all really stiff, though I liked the jarate one.

I really like the Jarate one, so funny.
I love all of them, except the Mad Milk one. It just looks way way too cartoony. There's TF2 cartoony, which is purely appearance and not character behaviour, and then there's this level of cartoony. It really clashes. It'd be ok if there was some actual transition between the animations, like the scout scrambling around, but it just looks really weird this way, like a physical montage (if that makes sense.)
I don't really like the Detonator/Flaregun, IMO it is too slow with the jumping, makes him look like he's on the moon.

Liberty Launcher taunt is okay, though I personally don't really get it. Probably a reference I'm missing.
Disciplinary Action is damn good, love the evil laugh, though there's something missing in the animation. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it feels like it's missing something.
Flare Gun/Detonator is nice. Can't say much about it.
Pain Train is good. Again, can't say much about it.
GRU is pretty much the same as the Mad Milk. I don't like it.
Wrangler taunt is okay, though I personally like the current Pistol taunt they used.
Amputator taunt doesn't make much sense to me.
Machina taunt reminds me of Barry Pepper's character in Saving Private Ryan. Awesome, probably my favorite out of the bunch.
Jarate is another great one. The animation is very smooth.
YER/Kunai taunt seems unfitting for the Spy. It's over the top and looks kinda messy to be honest.

The Jarate is the only one I actually like. The other ones don't really feel like they fit TF2 all that well.

Also I bet valve will clean up half of these animations like the ones they did in the mirrors edge mod.
The Wrangler, The Machine and The Kunai/Eternal Reward ones are my favourites.

If the Flaregun one was timed more to the Hadouken, I think it would be better.
A brief squat, fire building on his fist, then make a much faster jump.
While I really like all of these taunts (except the flare gun taunt, the legs don't make it look like he's jumping), I think the mad milk and GRU taunts would be terribly aggravating when playing as sniper.

The taunt is based on Iori Yagami's win pose in King of Fighters series. As well as the Disciplinary Action one.
