It's been almost exactly 15 hours since the 50th wrench dropped.
15 wrenches / 15h = 1 wrench per hour on average.
The only thing random is the fluctuation around the 1 hour mark.
And, since there's no such thing as truly random in computing, there is a pattern that would require finding the equation used to produce the pseudo-random number.
I can see that the algorithm is trying to keep 1 hour average interval, loosely but it keeps it after all.
I'd love it if it was just a Drop Wrench button, and the reason for any double drops is because Robin accidentally double clicked it.
