I crafted everything I had in an attempt to get the wrench. IT'S TOO LATE FOR ME. (Minus like 2 weapons, special items, and hats- But even then one of the hats was created by crafting two hats together.)

My guess is that next one will drop around 18:56:55 - 19:00:55 GMT. Around 18:58:55 GMT anyway.
