I think I'm doing something wrong. I tried dragging the sniper's smg file into CTX encoder, I pressed decode, then a command prompt popped up momentarily, then nothing happened. For future reference, how do I increase the SMG's base damage, clip size, and make it add health to the sniper?

Oh and the CTX, will overwrite the old one... and you don't drag it, you put it in the same directory as the CTX Hack, and press Encode, and then double click on tf_weapon_smg, and if there is already a tf_weapon_smg ctx, it will overwrite it.
