Ok, so I locked all achievements.
Now I can't connect to the loadout servers.

While some people cheat them, I prefer Steam Achievement Manager continues to exist mostly because it can be a useful tool for legitimate reasons as well. For example, my Tartan Spartan achievement kept resetting itself over and over. It was pretty damn annoying racking up thousands upon thousands of blast damage and then starting up the game the next day to find out that it was all for nothing. So I started up SAM and gave it to myself.

I used this to get the engineer milestones, and within 2 days i had found all 3 unlocks through random drops, including like 3 dupes of the gunslinger

I used it once to unlock the Soldier/Demo milestones. I got scared when all my items disappeared after using it. They reappeared the next day though.
I only use it [I]after[/I] I get all the milestones legit. Because I'm a bit OCD and I'm a bit of a completionist--you can tell both of those just looking at my backpack.

I still wonder why something that effects you in no way, somehow causes half the TF2 community to rage.
why on earth would you cheat? you may get some weapons, but you will probably also get VAC banned... so what is better? Getting acheivments and working hard to unlock weapons and feel more satisfaction that you did it, or take 5 seconds, unlock all weapons, and get VAC banned a week later?
I locked all of my achievements before valve went into massive bitchfit mode about third-party applications and haven't had any trouble. It's pretty fun being able to unlock them all again.
