I don't use skins since i actually like the original look that valve put very much effort in.
Luckily, not every mod is out-of-universe.
I use a few skins.
The (eugh) Heavy Sentry Minigun.
The particle trail for the needleguns.
blue pyro fire for blue pyros.
and a few others.
Oldschool model pack, but I turned it off during the demosoldierupdate.
Vanilla TF2 hell yes!
I used to use any shit I found. But now I only use the 4 slot Grenade Launcher and the Handcannon ambassador skin someone made. Also I tried making a custom HUD, it worked for a bit, then my meters got throw around everywhere :frown:
My Sandman Ball
Spy Fancy Dress mod
Fire Retardent belt
4 Slot Grenade Launcher
I used to use this.
Now I use this. :saddowns:
I love skins.
I love skins as well.
I love skins too
material wallhack ftw
:smug:
I use Payload Bomb Rockets for the laughs, especially how it used to be homing crits, or maybe it was that server but it was funny
Long Barrel Scattergun because I don't
like sawed offs, and some other's I can't find
i had the assassin's creed blade as my Spy knife, Hitman themed Ambassador, Digital Camo sniper.
It was pretty cool.Oh, and I had the Awesome Smiley ball like above with the Sandman NES theme.
just the liebemeter.
(so it's actually called the healing hearts pack, but whatever. nothing like an overhealed heavy with a dozen tiny red hearts floating around his head.)
I just have replaced my Ortndgunrgists mirror with another Medic hat.

I tried once, it was just annoying to play with it.
My Sandman Ball
Spy Fancy Dress mod
Fire Retardant belt
4 Slot Grenade Launcher
Ahem. Can you post the Fire Retardant belt?
Anyway i use mods.
Cell-shading.
Gentleman Fancy Dress Mod.
And thats it.
DP's Class Pack...
The two fixes, the 4-slot GrenLauncher and the Pyro one...
Gentlemanne's Fancy Dress...
Hitmanx's cell-shading mod...
90SK's skins... (For weapons)
Basically, if I think something'll make the game look better, I'll use it.
I make the weapons look as realistic as possible, I like them 'popping out' from the characters.
Oh, and that HD Cow.
In my opinion skins and that crap is for CounterStrike. Not for Teamfortress 2. It totally ruins the game feeling. It removes everything original.
I seriously cant understand how people can play with 1GB of skins in a game. Shitless.
Only this. Cause the gibus is boring.
no skins here.
No skinz 4 me

The ones that fix errors in the game that Valve never did (like the Uber error and the HWM jarate effect, seriously they are big changes) are understandable, but useless shit like "Ultimate UK barbwire sandvich gloves" look and sound stupid.
hell no
I had one that replaced the head model for someone wearing the Halo hat to a bullseye right in their head hit box.
I use numerous hat mods, mostly because I feel the defaults are pretty dull. That includes class-based Gibus replacements. I also use the Real KGBs and the 4-slot grenade launcher. Beta-style lighting, the good female Pyro and sounds for her, plus a couple other miscellaneous changes.
No.
Cockhat for pyro sometimes.
No
I used to use skins, but I don't use them unless the skins are really good, cool, or funny. They also have to match the HUD, backpack, etc, images, or else it just bugs the crap out of me. Not many people put that much detail into their skins either.
Nothing ever looked good enough for me to install and use.
Only the 4-slot Grenade Launcher fix.
