I woke up today to see 3 SRCDS screens constantly giving me requests for an update. Anyways, the server should be back up pretty soon, they're all starting up as I write this post.
PDQ= FINALLY GRU= FINALLY Suits= Until they take up the sapper slot, they're useless to me. I use my revolver far, far too much to justify losing it for a little bit of resistance to pyros, and even then any pyro not half retarded will just shoot me/ puff and keep burning me. Hell, even if I didn't use my revolver all that much they'd still be an iffy unlock.
Lol replace sapper kit with fire proof suit. I wouldn't replace my sapper with a minigun that I can fire while cloaked.

You trade one class specific weapon for another. You want to fight engineers, go sapper. Lots of pyros, go suit. Having the suit replace the revolver implies their is a difficult decision between picking one or the other, and there isn't. Use the suits, and you'll find how unreliable a stab only spy is. Against bad players, yes, it'll work, but anything works against bad players. The revolver is, ironically, the best spy weapon against pyros, not a bloody suit. I know that I'm going to have a field day as pyro against suit wearing muppets when this suit is released for real how think that it's actually going to stop a pyro with any brains. What am I saying, most pyro players are idiots. It'll work like a dream :/
