Is it just me, or does this recent Christmas update not feel.... christmasy.. - Games

It just needs a nice new menu song and image. Like during Halloween.

And what happened to the mappers? I want more valve created maps, weapons exclusive updates aside from the Community ones. There are TONS of talented mappers and modellers out there popping out weapons for the community updates one after another and it would be their dream to work for valve. I understand there are other things that make that process a lot more difficult. I guess my main question is: Why doesn't Valve hire more OBVIOUSLY talented people that are dedicated to their game?

Ok, as a dapper young Australian, I'll explain the southern hemisphere to you. You see, the seasons are mostly reversed for us, which means our winter ended three months ago. Australia also never gets cold enough to start snowing, meaning our winters are merely cold. This naturall turn of events means that December is the beginning of summer, which is hot and dry, meaning that the keep and its lack of snow, are perfectly in theme with an Australian Christmas. Just remember kids, Australian. Not American or whatever.

I don't understand what the fuck the update has to do with Australia... Most of the new items are medieval based. Is that just an excuse for not having any snow?

I was hoping Valve would do something more Christmasy with the update by making those festive keys be free in the store, be available by drops even.
