The headsplitter is a crate hat, the mining light is shit tier, the modest pile is non-vintage (but still a good hat), and the beak is the only valuable hat in that list (and it's about on par with the spartan)

I would do it considering its a scout hat.
Yeah, but it's most wanted scout hat with one of the most desired effects on scout hat, it's worth a lot.
Scorching belt is a shit hat with a good effect, tf2 brainslugs are common, energy fedora is good. Up to you.
Story is went to a server, opened trade and the guy asked for spy knife that turns him to his victim, i like usual check his backpack on tf2items and noticed stocking key, found a winter crate from the server for 1 weapon and then traded the crate for him.
He disconnected for some reason, anyways opened trade 2-3 mins later, i asked what he got and i put that in trade, he asked eternal reward for it, but i gave him 2 hats bcus im sucha nice person.
