So today, I went on a server as usual, to play some TF2. Someone unboxed a Madame Dixie with Green Confetti. I go to check out their profile and find that they're new to TF2.
I send him a trade and offered 5 V. Hats(good ones) but he declines. I ask why and he says he's looking for a Milkman or a Modest Pile only. I have a modest pile so I put that in and include 2 reclaimed and a Holy Mackerel for good measure, and then he puts up a Dueling Mini-Game too. We ended up trading. He added me beforehand then after trading, removed me from his friends list.

O bad reading, where art thou. New weapons to make the appropriate amount of refined to craft the hat.. This depends, do you mean in trading value (new weapon = reclaimed or two) or in crafting value (2 weps = scrap)?
