Guys. There is no point for trading Bill's hat for 2-3 bad-medium worth hats + 1 Good. Everybody will want 8+ refined which means 2-3 V. hats Also It's hard to find a guy who have bill's hat for trade. Mostly they don't trade it at all.

I finally got rid off my exquisite rack curse! I found a guy that gave me a football helm, a pot,a vintage fosters and a handle for it Also just traded stainless pot and a crossbow for a noble and 2 noisemakers

Is the vintage batters rare or something? I mean I traded it for a NV batters+noble+some other hat I can't recall but I thought I did good with it
