But of course. Snaggle Tooth will be craftable in the future, too, and it got a special recipe to make crafting it even easier. Bill's Hat on the other hand is limited.

Late. Is already craftable. 4 Refined + Polyc set weapon
Started with a Rubber Glove and one Refined when the update came out. Now I have Kabuto, Hallmark and Hound Dog (all vintage) + all polyweaps and all vintage weaps :)
Probably my best deal: 2 pieces of reclaimed metal for 1 refined.

Personally, I wouldn't say I was scammed because I dislike the Service Medal due to it being not visible enough, and how it's just for the Soldier. Yeah, I know, it makes sense for him, but it's still very hard to see.
