I see people are getting a lot for individual masks. What would be more valuable, a set of all 9 class-masks or a Saxton? I'm basically trying to get all 9 masks + Saxton for myself and another set for trading. So I'd like to know which people seem to offer more for.

People trade more for the 9 masks because you can get the achievement from crafting them together.
Strangely, I crafted mine together and never got the achievement :(
