Got once from crafting. Napper + sombrero = Procedure mask lvl 95 , but then I give'd to my friend gb7zone7 for free.

I could try make it again. But I love Hallmark.

Also I can sell V.Hallmark for 5 key... they keys for refined or V.hats.
